Returns & Exchanges
All items are sold as is. Please carefully review all of the photos of the items before purchasing, also feel free to contact us if you have any further questions about a specific item.
All items are final sale - return and exchange requests will not be granted.
We are not responsible for any packages that have been damaged or lost during transit. We make sure all of our customers' packages are properly packed with care. We make sure that all packages will be able to withhold going through transit.
We are not responsible for packages that are held by the mail carrier.
Please enter your full and correct address at checkout, we will not be responsible for a shipment arriving at the wrong address that you have provided us.
Please remember to include your apartment number, suite, etc on the address line to avoid having your package returned to us.
We are not responsible for reshipping any packages that have been returned to us due to an address being incomplete. If the package is returned to us, you will have the choice to pay for reshipping or receive a store credit. The store credit will not include the amount of the original shipping fee.
A tracking number will be provided once your package has been shipped. Around The Way Thrift will no longer be liable for any packages once you receive your tracking number. All concerns must be forwarded to the mail carriers customer service center.
